Led the end-to-end analysis and delivery of a fully digital current account opening journey for SME customers, transforming a previously branch-assisted process into a self-service experience. Since its launch, 75% of all additional current accounts have been opened digitally, significantly increasing digital adoption while reducing reliance on manual operations.

Supported the ALLO Marketplace, by enabling partners to manage and showcase their products on allo.ua through an optimized partner portal. Focused on streamlining workflows, identifying process enhancements, and resolving product issues for seamless operations.

Authored functional and non-functional specifications along with comprehensive project documentation. Prioritized tasks by analyzing competitor and user insights and collaborating with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. Guided decision-making across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment and securing approvals from key stakeholders.

Additionally, mentored junior analysts to foster their professional growth and led recruitment for critical roles, including technical writers, business analysts, and QA specialists.

Contributed to the CryptoTech project P2B, developing and optimizing advanced crypto-bot algorithms for automated trading.

Defined and documented business goals and functional requirements, analyzed system changes, and ensured requirements support throughout the software lifecycle. Designed control interface mockups for the crypto-bot in Figma.

Collaborated with agile teams to present product concepts, manage sprints, and oversee workflows and delivery.

OMEGA, a leader in the Ukrainian automotive components market, provides logistics and technical solutions as part of Temot International.

Led the development of the SaaS solution my.omega.page, defining functional requirements, creating interface flows, writing user stories, and managing project tasks in Jira. Maintained project documentation in Confluence and user guides in Notion.

Supported the Autodoc project as a Business Analyst, enhancing the online auto parts retail shop (web and mobile) and launching a new partner service for parts supply, marketing, and training.

Defined technical requirements for systems (web services, ERP, CRM) and produced user documentation. Developed functional requirements for the online shop with SEO optimization in mind. Additionally, as a UX/UI Designer, collaborated with the engineering team to redesign the administrative interface.
